Return Process

  Log into your HolisticNex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
